Rachel Baxter

One Whole Heart Leader/Elder, Inner Healing Minister

OWH Inner Healing

Getting to the root of things hindering your personal connection with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit in order for you to walk fully in the destiny to which you have been called.

Healing Community

A place to grow deeper in intimacy with the LORD through worship, step more into your gifting(s), and to become more Christ-like together.

Cohort & Community Coordinator

As you begin One Whole Heart sessions, we want you to have the support you need as you seek healing and a closer walk with the Lord.  Rachel directs our Client Cohort program that seeks to connect people who are going through sessions at the same time with each other and with a mentor.  Members of a cohort will meet on a weekly basis in person or via Zoom with their mentor to talk about challenges and share praise reports.

Rachel also wears the hat of Community Coordinator.  In this role, Rachel will work with clients to understand the spiritual gifts God has given them and where the Lord may want to utilize those areas of interest within the OWH community.   Engaging in the community is another way for clients to receive support on their healing journey.

Rachel is a wife and mother of four children. She was raised in Northwest Iowa and went to college at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Industrial Engineering. She spent 12 years working in manufacturing in Iowa, Oregon, Illinois and Nebraska. For the last 8 years, Rachel has supported various companies as a process improvement consultant. Rachel is an instrumental leader and visionary within the One Whole Heart Ministry. She demonstrates this by living a lifestyle of releasing God’s love through vision wherever she goes. She carries motherhood into this ministry and inspires those she ministers to, to release God’s kingdom on Earth today.
